My journey into bodywork started in 2001, when I graduated from Greenville Technical College. I fell in love with massage therapy right away, and decided I wanted to focus on the management of pain almost right from the start.  As I began to work with the community and learn more about deep tissue techniques, it became apparent to me that there had to be more I could do to help my clients manage their pain. I was introduced to Chiropractic after meeting Dr. Michael Bovee, my now mentor. This was the very thing that helped me deal with my own pain, beyond what massage could do! What better way is there for a deep tissue therapist to go even deeper? Focus on the structure and function of the spine and how it relates to and effects the muscles!

I attended chiropractic school in Spartanburg, SC in 2010 at Sherman College of Chiropractic. Since graduating, my goal now, for myself and my clients, is to root out the many causes of pain and dysfunction as they relate to both systems. I practice multiple soft tissue techniques, including trigger point therapy, assisted stretching, cupping, craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, and instrument assisted scar tissue release. I see clients for massage only, chiropractic only, or combined sessions for the full understanding and release of the intricate web that is our bodies. Spine, muscles, ligaments, tendons and muscle fascia.
